$100 for 50 minutes

$650 includes mapping session and the follow up session to go over the outcome of the mapping.
All sessions are private pay and payment is rendered at the time of service. I use a HIPPA-compliant EHR.
If you are unable to attend a session, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full session fee.
I am considered an out-of-network provider; however, I can provide superbills for possible reimbursement if your insurance plan offers out-of-network coverage. This means you would pay for your sessions out of pocket and then submit the superbill paperwork to your insurance company for reimbursement.
